Junior Infants have been enjoying our Fine Motor and Aistear stations again this week. We are getting ready to start our cursive writing by building up our arm, hand and finger muscles. We're making patterns with peg boards, copying pre-writing patterns, drawing while standing and exercising our eyes with some spot the difference games.

We're still on the topic of people who help us in Aistear. Have a look at the wonderful town the 'Rhinos' built in the small world station and the 'Elephant's' amazing home and hospital (complete with two waiting rooms and a maternity ward full of cribs!) We've also been practicing our problem-solving and STEM skills in our construction stations. Our Doctor Surgery is still busy treating patients.
