Junior infants tried out the 'Rainbow Milk' experiment today. They were amazed when the Fairy Liquid caused the food colouring to fly across the surface of the milk. This experiment is so easy and fun to try. All you need is a plate/lunch box, some milk, food colouring, washing up liquid and a Q-tip. Pour the milk onto the plate and add a few drops of food colouring. Next, dip a Q-tip in washing up liquid. Place the Q-tip into the milk and watch to see what happens to the food colouring!
