Well done to our girls' team who made it to the quarter-finals of the Cumann na mBunscol competition this year. The team consisted of players from 4th to 6th class with Eva and Eloise acting as joint captains this year. The girls won three of their four group matches, beating Robinstown, Rath Cairn and Boardsmill before being beaten by Dangan. Unfortunately, the girls were beaten by Stackallen in the quarter-final. However, the girls put in a fantastic performance and battled hard until the final whistle. Well done to everyone involved.
